Fix 1: Ensure Algo Trading & DLL imports are enabled

Right-click on your charts → look for "experts list".

Click on "properties".

Ensure the "algo trading" button on both the chart and the common tab is turned on and ticked.

Go to "tools" → "options" on your main page.

On the new pop-up, go to the "Expert Advisors Tab" and check the following options:
