🆘QBox still not working?

Follow these steps to report the error:

  1. Retrieve the log file from the Experts tab on your MT4/5 by clicking on "experts".

  2. Right-click in the experts tab area and click "open" on the pop-up.

  3. A folder with all the log files will open. Look for the date your error occurred on and download that file.

Once you have the log file, drop us an email at qwertyelfx@gmail.com using this template: 1. Explanation of error with screenshots or a video recording 2. Attach your log file of the date of the error
